Zakarpattia Oblast Economic Court satisfied the claim of the prosecutor of the city of Mukachevo, is presented in the interest of Mukachevo city council to abolish the two decisions of the executive committee of Mukachevo City Council, which sub`yektu entrepreneurship wrongly been granted permanent use two land plots with total area of ??1.59 hectares, regulatory monetary valuation of more than 9 mln. Thus, prosecutors achieved cancellation of illegal decisions court and city executive annulment state act for the right to use the land.Currently, the entrepreneur is obliged to return the specified area community of the city of Mukachevo.
