The legality of the two companies set Vinnitsa

In order to create visibility legality of the activity, officials said companies made and submitted to the State Service of Geology and Mineral Resources of Ukraine receives false documentsing permission for the extraction of mineral resources now with a similar name, which in the past loam extracted under permits. Damage caused by illegal actions is estimated at over 10 million. In addition, during a search authorized by a court in the territory of one of the companies recorded the illegal use of gas. Vctanovleno that gas fed to the plant through a pipe, which in ’ disconnected to the main gas hub outside of accounting. Also, police found evidence unaccounted for making bricks and transferring funds for its implementation to the card accounts of individuals. Currently, the investigation is being taken to establish damages causedillegal use of gas enterprises and compliance with tax laws. Checked facts possible imposition Duty ’ communication is paying for unaccounted gas used in the population, and the officials and other state regulatory bodies to facilitate the illegal activities of these enterprises.
