Rivne region for distribution of narcotics court deprived of liberty for three years
Sarnensky District Court sentenced in three years' imprisonment on 26-year-old local resident for illegal possession of drugs. Last March Sarnenski police department investigators documented fact of possession of drugs. Vadim maintained over 700 grams of tramadol, which refers to narcotic drugs, whose circulation is limited. As the head of District Police Sarnenski Ukraine in Rivne Police Lt. Vladimir substituted, Vadim was relatively open criminal proceedings under Part 2 of Article 309 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (illegal manufacture, production, acquisitions, storage, transportation or transfer of narcotics, psychotropic substances or their analogues without intent to sell). Sarnensky District Court found the man guilty of committing a criminal offense and sentenced him in three years' imprisonment.
