In Zhytomyr to obtain undue advantage judge exposed

Deputy Chairman of the District Court of Zhitomir region demanded and received from the plaintiff a thousand dollars for a positive resolution of its issues in civil litigation. Employee of the judiciary was arrested March 16 this year in his office just when getting Indirectvomirnoyi benefits. The detention took place during the investigation in the criminal proceedings opened by ch. 1, Art. 14 (preparation of a crime) and Part 3 of Art. 368 (Accepting the offer, promise or obtain undue advantage by an official) Criminal Code of Ukraine investigators Prosecutor General of Ukraine in cooperation with the employees of the department countereconomic crime Affairs of Ukraine and OCD AMIA Ukraine in Zhytomyr region.
