High school students to March 23 can take part in the historic contest with
UCU project "historical truth" is organizing the third contest "the unknown story of my land. Heroes of our time "for high school students. Reported organizers. Students grades 9-11 may submit to the contest until March 23, 2015.They analyze the jury as part of the historian Jaroslav Gritsak, historian, journalist, editor Project « Historical Truth » on TV ZIK Vakhtang Kipiani, Ivanna Borodzhuk (Lviv Regional Small Academy of Sciences) and Nicholas Katsyuby (Lviv Regional Institute of Postgraduate Education). The organizers emphasize that the projectshall disclose relatively long history (from the early twentieth century.) remarkable historic figure villages, cities, land in which children live. To contest entry you want to add a description of the materials used and scanned photographs. The amount of textual material should not exceed three pages (A4, single space). The jury will judge the entries in the following criteriyamy: * Or reasonably chosen theme or clear goals and objectives; * Or topic is relevant is whether the elements of novelty; * Important criterion is the fullness and depth of the topic, or students in a logical sequence to express their opinions, it is advisable to use scientific terms and concepts; * Did sources and historical literature, Cretesubstantially evaluate the facts and processes; * Whether their conclusions reasonable and reasoned. The best works will be published on a portal « Historical Truth & raquo ;, and prize winners will receive a cash prize which will cover the cost of a day trip to one of the ancient historical cities of Ukraine: Kyiv, Lviv, Dnipropetrovsk, Kharkiv, Chernihiv, Donetsk and Odessa.Works are accepted at st.
