Law enforcement officers Lviv clarifies the legality of fundraising for "Aydar"
By Yavoriv district police on Sept. 27 turned 38-year-old entrepreneur from Novoyavorivsk that two men suspected of committing fraud. According to him, before the 20-year and 25-year-old residents of the city at the entrance to the customs post "Krakivets"collecting charitable donations from visitors, without it appropriate permits and documents. The money allegedly intended for the needs of the soldiers of the 24th separate assault battalion "Aydar", located in the area of ??ATO in Eastern Ukraine. The police is checking the facts in the statement of the entrepreneur. The above actions fall under the qualification Part.1 190 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (fraud). It is punishable by a fine up to fifty non-taxable minimum incomes of citizens or community service for up to two hundred forty hours, or correctional labor for up to two years, or imprisonment for up to three years.
