In Rivne squandered 1.3 million UAH of state funds during road maintenance region
Rivne oblast prosecutor's office launched criminal proceedings on the fact of embezzlement of public funds in a large scale in the maintenance of roads in the region. The information included in the Unified Register of pre-trial investigations ch. 5, Art. 191 (misappropriation, roztraand public funds in especially large sizes) and ch. 1, Art. 366 (forgery) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine. It was established that due to a number of enterprises in the overstating of acts performed works costs for repair and maintenance of local roads and national importance have been excessively transferred from the state budget for the transport sector, 1.3 million USD.Currently Specified criminal proceedings directed to organize and conduct the preliminary investigation the police.
