In Chernivtsi region on fire rescuers saved nine people, including two children, another 28
people were evacuated on September 24th at 14:49 to the Rescue 101 regional center received a report of a fire in an apartment on the second floor of ’ storey residential building, st. Textile workers in Chernivtsi. The fire was noticed residents of neighboring apartments,who felt a strong smell of smoke. People and rescue workers reported the event. Already at 14:55 on the location of the call came another guard of fire fighting rescue of rescue special unit of the Office DSNS Ukraine in Chernivtsi region. Rescuers found that the fire originated in one of the rooms flatss. Assessing the situation, firefighters announced an increased number of calls and invited help because the scene were sent additional rescue of the State Fire and Rescue unit number 2 regional center. In fire smoke emerged strong, representing a danger to the residents of neighboring apartments and flats on the upper floors, because people do notcan leave own your own home. Rescuers working in respiratory protection devices, went into the apartment where the fire occurred, to conduct the fire investigation, during which two people found unconscious. Firefighters immediately carried them to the street and handed ambulance workers who were hospitalizedthem to the hospital with a diagnosis of carbon monoxide poisoning. State both victims difficult. Also, rescuers saved another 7 people, including 2 children, from neighboring apartments. At the same time, were evacuated residents of apartments on the upper floors through sliding ladders. Total 28 people were evacuated. Along with providing assistance to people vohnebplowing time spent working to eliminate fire. At 15:25 the fire was localized and extinguished at 16:20. Flame ’ pits destroyed household goods, furniture, damaged walls of the apartment. For the recovery of fire management DSNS Ukraine in Chernivtsi region was involved seven vehicles and 25 personnel members.
