Teens who are in konflikti law, persons belonging to the category of so-called risk. This is due to two characteristics problems. The first is a series of negative social factors of legal and material nature: the absence, usually property, sufficient education, competitive profession, experience, communication and assertion of their rights in many instances,acquired lack strong social ties that would help in solving problems. Second, is the lack of sufficient life experience, the prevailing socio-psychological stereotypes established skills observance of generally accepted social norms of behavior.
