On the basis of Vinnytsia National Technical University started a two-day the fifth Ukrainian congress of ecologists with international participation. To take part in this large-scale event, come to the wineryscientists, environmental specialists, experts not only from all over Ukraine, but also - Germany, UK, Switzerland, Georgia, Belarus and Canada. For two days, participants work already traditional Vinnichiny collection will be aimed at finding common approaches and solutions to environmental problems in Ukraine. There will be exchange of ideas and todeliberate, discuss trends and prospects of development of this branch, the establishment of mutually beneficial contacts, encouraging talented students and graduate students to scientific research in environmental studies. Materials presented on the congress and recommended scientific program committee already published in a collection of reports and accOdom will be printed special issue of the "Journal of Vinnitsa Polytechnic Institute" (included in the framework of international Scientometrics RINTS) "Optoelectronic Information-Power Technologies", "Information Technology and Computer Engineering" included in the list of VAK Ukraine.
