"Introduction of distance learning technologies to ensure the availability and quality of vocational adult education" started in the center of Rivne vocational education keepsvnoyi employment service. The aim of the experiment - a theoretical justification effectiveness of implementation of distance learning or some of its technology to ensure the availability, effectiveness and quality of vocational training; definition professions, items and trends, teaching them appropriate for remote form or using some of its technicalgies; implementation and experimental verification of effectiveness of methods of vocational training for adults or remote form of individual technologies. Programme experiment was approved by the teachers' council Rivne TSPTO PES. It involves a series of organizational measures, development of special educational Plabers and programs, conducting a series of training seminars (webinars) for teachers and masters of industrial training, provision of scientific and methodological support of educational process, questioning students after completion of vocational training in the conditions of the experiment. Experiment will continue for six months. In the scientific and methodological support willpart of the Institute training of public employment service of Ukraine. As a result, the following results are expected: modernization of the educational process, its optimization and intensification, ensuring the availability, effectiveness and quality; rationale for the introduction of distance learning or technologies for vocational trainingadult population, including internally displaced persons; the development of innovation; motivating students to improve teaching and learning; improving educational technologies (diversity of forms of presentation of teaching material, providing interactive educational process); expanding the range of subjects taught with youuse of information and communication technologies; increase the competence of teachers; development and study methods organization of professional training in remote form; creating a system of distance learning and the implementation of some of its technology; submit proposals for amending the regulations on proynoho training of registered unemployed; spread the experimental results and the experience gained in the organization of the employment service institutions. Already defined regional and base employment centers for Professional Training of the unemployed in the experiment, develop schedules forming study groups.
