Amendments to the Instruction on business trips within Ukraine and abroad DFS
General Directorate in Vinnytsia region informs that from 11 September, (the publication in the "Official Journal of the Ukraine") came into effect order of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine from 04.08.2015r. 694, which approved the changes in the Instruction on business trips withinUkraine and abroad. In particular, abolished the requirement to register employees who retire on a business trip in the logbook trips. Accordingly, the possible application of the Regulations, which approved the form of said magazine. According to the rules established by the Regulations, retirement day is the day of travel departure of the train, plane, carbusa or another vehicle from the place of permanent employment seconded employee and the date of arrival trips - day of arrival of the vehicle to the place of permanent employment seconded employee. Innovations introduced by the Regulations provide that if the date on the transport ticket does not match the date of arrival from a trip by employeethe Resolution of travel, with permission of the Company takes into account the delay in the trip for the weekend or holidays and non-working days if the term of the employee outside of its regular work will not exceed the period of secondment provided by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine 02.02.201r. 98. During these days pratsivnykovand not reimbursed by per diem expenses, hiring of premises and other costs (excluding travel expenses from the place of secondment to the place of permanent work).
