On this fact opened criminal proceedings under Part 1 sect.191 Criminal Code of Ukraine (misappropriation, embezzlement or taking them through abuse of office). This offense is punishable by a fine up to fifty non-taxable minimum incomes, or correctional labor for up to two years, or imprisonment for up to four years, or imprisonment for a termto four years, with disqualification to hold certain positions or engage in certain activities for up to three years or without it.
