At the Bar in Vinnytsia region under the wheels "VAZ" killed 87-year-old local resident
Yesterday at the intersection of Heroes Square and Komarov in. Bar driver of "VAZ 21015", 25-year-old Murovanokurylivetsky region, moving-out m. Bar, admitted hitting 87-year-old pedestrian who was crossing the roadway tohorns. From his injuries the victim died in hospital. Summer Baru resident was hospitalized with severe injuries to the district hospital intensive care unit where he is, without regaining consciousness, died. On this fact criminal proceedings under Part 2 st.286 Criminal Code of Ukraine (violation of traffic safety or operation of transport personsand who run vehicles, which resulted in the death of the victim). For such offenses punishable up to 8 years imprisonment with deprivation of the right to drive vehicles up to three years or without it. Investigators ascertain the accident.
