Rivne oblast prosecutor's office to protect the interests of the state represented by the State Environmental Inspectorate in Rivne region appealed to the court to recover from one of lvivscal companies losses of $ 6.9 million UAH. The audit found that exactly the same amount the defendant caused the state losses making during 2011-2012 years in the district of Rivne region Zdolbuniv sampling groundwater without a special permit for subsoil use.
