In Transcarpathia judge organized criminal group that engaged in manufacturing and marketing of psychotropic substances in large-scale
Thursday, September 17, Transcarpathian region prosecutor's office forwarded to the court indictment in the criminal proceedings against an organized group of people consisting of 4 Transcarpathians who engaged in illegal prepariennyam, storage, transportation and sale of psychotropic substances in large scale (p. 3 of Art. 307 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine). Organizer of the criminal group is also charged with smuggling precursors (ch. 3, Art. 27, p. 3 of Art. 305 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine) and organization of illegal manufacturing, purchase, storage, transportation precursors to be used etc.For the manufacture of psychotropic substances in large amounts (ch. 3, Art. 27, Part 3 of Art. 311 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine). The said criminal group organized channel to Ukraine came from Eastern Europe potent synthetic substances, which contain precursors in a large scale, of which subsequently produced on Psychotropic proprietary Mukachivschyniyny that sold in the region. Thus, thanks to well-planned and implemented quickly – detective and investigator (unofficial) actions conducted by SSU in the Transcarpathian region prosecutor's office under the leadership of the procedural field activities of this criminal group stopped.
