From 14 to 19 September in Lutsk continuing national congress of the British Council in Ukraine, "Aktive Citizens". He said that the contest received 71 questionnaire, 50 of them were assumption to apply. Over 14,649 citizens voted. Sergei Grigorenko detail about 12 initiatives which were winners.
