Transcarpathia: Rakhiv on charges of unauthorized felling of 105 trees Prosecutor's Office launched criminal proceedings
Rakhiv district prosecutor's office, on the fact of illegal felling of DP « Yasinya LMG » 105 species of trees « Spruce » initiated criminal proceedings on the grounds of a criminal offense under Art. 246 CC EnglisRaina (illegal cutting of forests). As Rakhiv district prosecutor Victor Kuzan found that during 2015 Tysa forestry of « Yasinya LMG » unknown persons committed unauthorized felling of 105 trees species « Spruce » totaling over 610 thousand UAH. Pre-trial investigation of these criminalmentation, is mandated to conduct JI District Police Rakhiv in Zakarpattya region.
