Security absentia announced three suspected residents of Zhytomyr - Action v. BC. "DNR"
Three residents of Zhytomyr, fighting on the side of terrorists "DNR" in absentia announced suspicion. Employees of the Office of Security Service of Ukraine in Zhytomyr region in the framework of criminal proceedings conducted searches authorized by place of residence. Removed objects and documents proving their guilt, as well as drugs and more than 45 kilograms of amber. After training in training centers in the temporarily occupied territory of Ukraine, two residents of Zhytomyr (father and son) in the late spring of last year, on its own initiative joined terrorist groups. They participated in the fightingon the side of the militants, rising to commander and deputy commander of one of the terrorist groups "NPT". Documented the direct management of one of them ATU forces shelling positions, including at Donetsk airport. In parallel, they were engaged in recruiting fighters. Another resident of the Zhytomyr region in the last year was directlyth participation in blocking and capturing units, office buildings of law enforcement agencies and public authorities in Donetsk region. Established his involvement in the illegal imprisonment and detention of law enforcement and military forces ATO, persecution of patriotic locals and journalists. ToHe holds a leading position in one of the armed groups of terrorists "NPT". Currently attackers absentia reported suspicion of having committed crimes under ch. 1, Art. 258-3 (participation in a terrorist organization and promotion of its activities) and ch. 2, Art. 260 (participation in activities provided by the law of armed formation) of the Criminal Code ofcountries.
