At Vinnytsia decentralization of power - and a key priority of administrative reform (+ photos)

After all, it is public support for reforms and formation of positive attitude of citizens and civil society to Ukraine on decentralization will improve the efficiency of reforms "on the ground". As citizens get knowledge and information about key aspects of the plannedreforms, community association, mechanisms of implementation and monitoring of the implementation of the changes is the materials published in national and local media, the issue of quality of information materials are urgent. Alexei Gavrilov, informed that the project involves a September 10-11 two-day educational-methodical seMinar for representatives of regional print and electronic media on local government reform and learning new electoral law. After completion of the workshop will be a competition among project participants for the best print, electronic and video material on decentralization. The authors of the two best works will be possibilitynews in May 2016 to examine the practical experience of local government Visegrad countries (Poland, Hungary, Czech Republic, Slovakia) in the delegation VRC NGO "Ukraine-Poland-Germany".
