Ternopil region: the "astronomer" sought compensation
Compensation cost of long-term investments (shares Bank "Ukraine"), which in the process of privatization were not included in the authorized capital of TPI "Astron" but were on the balance sheet of the company, has made on the Regional Office Property Fund Ternopil region. Claims RVs Commercial Court Ternopolilskoyi area granted in full. According to the court order, on TDV "Astron" in favor of the State Budget of Ukraine recently recovered 3115, 70 UAH without VAT.
