Prosecutors did not allow the use of Transcarpathia illegally transferred to private structure of minerals muzhievskogo zolotorudnyka
Lviv Economic Court of Appeal agreed with the principled position of Transcarpathian region prosecutor's office, representing the interests of the state represented by the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of Ukraine, statevnoyi Service of Geology and Mineral Resources of Ukraine, the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of Ukraine in the person of JSC « State Joint Stock Company « Ukrainian polymetals & raquo ;, and canceled the illegal decision of Economic Court of Zakarpattya region in the case against a private company to Open « Zakarpatpolimetaly » out ofERD ’ Liabilities to perform certain actions. This is the decision of the Economic Court of the Transcarpathian region of 17 September 2013, which donated part of mineral deposits muzhievskogo containing precious metals (including gold), limited liability « Carpathian ore company raquo ;, bypassing & whilein the statutory order. Last year, the Supreme Economic Court of Ukraine abolished the illegal decision of Lviv Economic Court of Appeal, allowed the prosecution appeal and returned the case for review to Lviv Economic Court of Appeal. Thus, thanks to measures taken regional prosecutor's office is not allowed to use districtezakonno passed a private structure at no cost, minerals muzhievskogo zolotorudnyka and property companies, founded by the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of Ukraine.
