UAH Vinnitsa region prosecutor's office carried out a procedural manual in criminal proceedings, is included in the Unified Register of pre-trial investigation on the fact of one of the companies evasion of taxes Vinnitsa region in particular large sizes. Previous legal qualification - ch. 3. 212 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine. It is established that officials of the company in violation of the current legislation underestimated the income tax and value added tax to almost 16 million 800 thousand UAH. This was possible due to reflection on tax accounting operations purchase inventoryand services from sub ’ economic objects " risk " categories that are created to cover up illegal activities of the real economy.
