In DSNS ceremony of raising the national flag of Ukraine
August 23, at 9 am, at the central building DSNS Ukraine and in all territorial units Service on the occasion of National Flag of Ukraine, rescuers solemnly raised state symbol – Flag of Ukraine. The flag is a symbol of independence, freedom Ukraine, the embodiment of nationalUnity, honor and dignity, state traditions, history and present. Ukraine National Flag Day is celebrated annually according to the Decree of the President of Ukraine "On the State Flag Day of Ukraine" dated 23 August 2004 r. 987 / 2004.
