The court ordered the Ternopil Regional Council to allocate funds for the maintenance of railroad Hospital
Hospital Viddilkova station « Ternopol » from February 2015 is on the balance of the city. In municipal property Ternopil hospital received members of the city council in BC ’ connection with the critical situation at the beginning of the year to benefitsMeanwhile wages to employees of the institution. At the same time the parties and that regional and city council, concluded an agreement on co-financing of the institution. According to this document, the area Liabilities ’ yazalasya hospital to finance it in the amount of 4.5 mln. UAH. As of the regional council in the city budget transferred only part necessary for povnotsintion maintenance funds of the institution. Given this situation, the City Council filed a lawsuit in court on payment of arrears Regional Council. Claim city council met in full.
