Chernivtsi: entrepreneurship subjects comply with the rules call for improvement
In order to create in Chernivtsi healthy competitive environment and equal conditions for conducting trading activities for all business entities held by the City Council measures to eliminate trafficking in uncertain places. For IFAPing the impact of such measures as the working group to eliminate spontaneous trade established by the Mayor of 24.06.2014r. 198-p. consisting of employees of Department of the City Council, district councils in the city, involving regional departments of employees of MIA of Ukraine in Chernovtsy region held spontaneous processing centerstrade, according to the approved schedule. However, in Chernivtsi district councils to the attention of undertakings to the claimrylehliy territory to which institutions are centers of spontaneous trade, brought demands Interim Rules improvement Chernivtsi, approved by 60 of the city council of VI convocation year 02.03.2015 1489, in terms of prevention of unauthorized arms trade with the adjacent trading facilities and services territory and vidpovidalnosthose for violations, according to st.152 Code of Ukraine on administrative offenses. Given the above, we draw attention to businesses that according to the requirements of paragraph. 4.3. Interim Rules improvement Chernivtsi, approved by 60 of the city council of VI convocation year 03.02.2015 1489, all enterprises, institutions andorganizations regardless of ownership, citizens - entrepreneurs and citizens must perform daily cleaning and mounted adjacent areas to maintain proper sanitary conditions throughout the set mode and prevent unauthorized arms trade with the surrounding area. According toUkraine st.152 Code of Administrative Offences, non-compliance (including the assumption of unauthorized trading in the territory adjacent to the facility) entails administrative liability and impose on the entity to a fine of 1700 UAH. As of 10.08.2015, the entrepreneurs who have committed the nonof Old trade on the territory adjacent to the school, Shevchenko district in the city council on st.152 Administrative Code of Ukraine made 6 administrative protocols.
