At Vinnytsia region prosecutor's office violated by the illegal dismissal of one of the fighters ATU
Vinnytsia District prosecutor's office in the Unified Register of pre-trial investigations included information on criminal offenses for ch. 1, Art. 172 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine committed by a private company. Employees in violation of labor legislativetion, illegally fired an employee who worked more than a year in the enterprise security guard. The man was involved in anti-terrorist operations in the East as a part of one of the units, and after demobilization, it appears that dismissed.
