Vynohradiv district court upheld the prosecution position Vynohradiv district and Liabilities ’ yazav local resident at their own expense to demolish the established industrial sheds on illegally occupied earthElnya area of ??cost, according to the normative monetary valuation of about 670 thousand UAH. As prosecutor Yuri Vinogradov District Belamut in court the prosecution proved that Vynohradiv district not issued any permit for specified construction or leasing the land for construction. In addition,confirmed that the man paying imposed on him by the State Inspectorate of Agriculture in the Transcarpathian region fines and accrued damage in excess of 12 thousand UAH., did not fulfill a requirement of the inspector in the release of illegally occupied land and demolition of sheds installed. Therefore, the court obliged ’ yazav man to free landGrapes plot area 0.1605 ha and at their own expense to demolish the illegally established industrial sheds.
