sq m of Transcarpathian region prosecutor's office, the results of monitoring of court decisions, to protect the public interest and prevent free use of state property in commercial activities entered rozhlyad court case, to remove barriers to adequate facilities the State Property Fund, with a total area of ??over 650 square meters. m. As established during the trial, the defendant did not give the court any proper and acceptable evidence which would have testified about him fair use of state property. Thus, the court satisfied the claim,stopping so the illegal use of state property worth more than 900 thousand UAH.
