State Agency on Energy Efficiency and Energy Saving of Ukraine in cooperation with leading public banking institutions implementing state support measures energy- efficientSTI in homes, particularly for associations condominiums (AJOAH) and housing co-operatives (HBC). Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of 08.04.2015 p. 231 "On Amendments to the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine from March 1, 2010 . 243 and of 17 October 2011 . 1056" provides partial compensationuw value of energy efficiency through reimbursement of the loan amounts involved in authorized banks for the purchase of energy efficient equipment and materials in order to implement measures to obschedomovyh condominiums (GSD) of 40% (but no more than 10 thousand. UAH. per one apartment). In compensation can rozrahovuvatm as individuals - residents of private houses and apartments, and organized condominium associations (condominiums) and budivilnyh housing cooperatives (HBC). Resolution proposed to stimulate the purchase of a wide range of energy efficient equipment and materials for condominiums / HCC, including: - Equipment and materials for oblashing individual heating units; - Regulators of heat flow for weather conditions and corresponding accessories and materials to them; - Units for water (hot and cold) and heat, including accounting tools and related accessories and materials to them; - Energy efficient windows with double-glazed windows (with enerozberihayuchym glass) for public spaces (including porches, basements, technical rooms, attics); - Materials for insulation work on exterior walls, basements, attics, roofs and foundations; - Materials and equipment for the modernization of public lighting (including the ZamaHN wiring, lamps and ammunition for them, installing automatic switches).
