Bukovina police discovered illicit narcotic crop plants Storozhynetsky
Resident District on its plot 770 plants cultivated poppy. Documented illicit narcotic crop plants Storozhynetsky district inspectors of police department together with employees of the Criminal Investigation during operation "Mac ". Soporific poppy cultivated garden on their own 67-year-old resident of the village Zrub-komarivska. Female police officers explained that the plants planted for their own needs. Poppy seized and sent to the Research Forensic Centre at the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine in Chernivtsi region for examination. On this fact openly criminalne proceedings under Part 1 st.310 (planting or cultivation of poppy or cannabis) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine. Zloumyshlennitsy threatened punishment of imprisonment for a term of three to seven years. Pre-trial investigation continues.
