In the Transcarpathian region prosecutor's office for the principled position previously convicted murderer sentenced to 11 years in prison
Zakarpattia Oblast Court of Appeal, upheld the principled position of regional prosecutor's office and found the 54-year resident of the village Midyanytsya that Irshavschyni guilty of murder 42-year-old villagers (p. 13, ch. 2, Art. 115Criminal Code of Ukraine). Pre-trial investigation and prosecution established in court proved that the accused who have repeatedly previously convicted, including for murder, intentionally, put affected about 20 strokes, then called ’ yazav hands and left to die. Therefore, the Court of Appeal overturned the judgment of the first instance in which the actions of Prosecutorenoho qualified for ch. 2, Art. 121 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (grievous bodily harm that caused the death of the victim) and sentenced to 9 years in prison and found him guilty of premeditated murder (p. 13, ch. 2, Art. 115 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine) and sentenced to 11 years imprisonment .
