Mayor Alex Kaspruk veto not to violate the principle of equal rights to obtain Chernivtsi land
Mayor Alex Kaspruk suspended the decision of the city council for permission to two citizens of M. and H. in the drafting of allotment of land on the street. H.Khotkevych, an estimated 0.0800 ha0,100 hectares in the property through the city reserve lands for the construction and maintenance of residential homes, commercial buildings and structures. Alex Kaspruk believes that this decision does not comply with current legislation and violates the rights of other members of the local community.
