Supreme Economic Court of Ukraine through successive positions prosecutors Transcarpathian region reversed the decision of the courts to recover from Uzhgorod city council in favor of thunderdskoyi organization of more than 1.7 million allocated in the framework of reconstruction of city ’ architectural interest of local importance « barn and wine cellar of the eighteenth century » (Known as the « owl nest »). Recall that the reconstruction of « owl nests » in the course of the Polish-Ukrainian project « Yaroslav-Uzhgorod » to improve the tourist appeal of historical cities twinned funds allocated over 1.8 million euros in cross-border cooperation. Last year, in December, the trial court supported the position of NGO and Liabilities ’ yazav recover from Uzhgorod city council more than 1.7 million as arrears implementation polsco-Ukrainian project « Yaroslav-Uzhgorod » under the Cross Border Cooperation Programme Poland-Belarus-Ukraine 2007-2013, which was subsequently supported and Lviv Economic Court of Appeal. However, the appeal court upheld the prosecution's position and stated that the NGO is not a recipient of international bezpovorotnoyi financial assistance.
