At Vinnytsia National permitted military pensions
President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko signed a law "On amendments to some laws of Ukraine on pensions," which protects the rights of retired military personnel for recalculation of pensions. The relevant law number 614-VIII On Amendments to Some Laws of Ukraine on pitAn pensions', adopted by the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine on 15 July 2015. Retired military personnel will receive their National pensions, allowances, bonuses, promotions and bonuses, not the fault of the conducted pension fund or government agencies from the date of the right to it without limitations period. The law stipulates that the recalculation of pensions in withbunch of resizing least one species of salaries of military personnel, persons entitled to a pension under the Law of Ukraine "On Pension Security persons discharged from military service and certain other persons", or in connection with the introduction to these categories of persons new monthly additional types of financial support (allowances, Bonuses, promotions) and prizes are not held due to the fault of the pension fund or public bodies that issue certificates for recalculation of pensions is carried out from the date of the right to it without limitations period.
