In windcial speech President of the Assembly of Nationalities of Ukraine Rovshan Tagiyev said that Ukraine is a multinational European country with a high level of tolerance towards national and cultural communities. However, keep in mind the successful experience of the application of the legislation on national cultural representativessocieties in European countries and to assist in the implementation of its civil servants in our country. During the meeting issues of tolerance in society, the problem of xenophobia and racism, problems of national societies and various religious groups in the regions, a review of international and Ukrainian legislative base of national and culturaland community. In addition, the Head of the Department for Nationalities and Religions Games Saletskyy presented the activities of the Vinnytsia regional state administration in terms of preservation and development of ethnic cultural and religious identity of all nationalities residing in Vinnitsa region, meeting their national spiritual, cultural, of educationtnih needs, focused on activities in the regional Council of national cultural societies, which became effective authority in the region to ensure peace, understanding and tolerant ethnic relations in the environment.
