In Vinnytsia police wanted criminal who "sold" the farmer nitrate 135 000
At Vinnytsia another scam. In Bershad district farmer paid 135 thousand UAH fertilizers, but they never received. By Bershad police department asked 39-year-old director of one of the farms of the area ofayavoyu fraud. The man said that unknown person took over the enterprise funds in the amount of USD 135 000 for the supply of 35 tons of ammonium nitrate. As it turned out, the man on mobile phone call "representative" of a company which sells agricultural fertilizers, and offered him a "lucrative" offer to purchase ammonium sel. The first time the man was cautious and refused to purchase fertilizer, so the fraudsters had to work to deceive the chosen victim. Another three times they phoned the company director, offering more favorable terms until people disagreed and not transferred 135 thousand UAH for the specified account by hackers. After receiving the money, the fraudstersno longer go to the link and misguided resident Bershadschyny and not waiting nitrate, turned to the police. Currently, police officers opened criminal proceedings under Part 2 of Art. 190 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (fraud). This offense is punishable by a fine up to one hundred untaxed minimum incomes, or correctional labor for up to two years,or imprisonment for up to five years, or imprisonment for up to three years. The police once again appeals to the public to be vigilant when entering into any agreements and only use the services of proven partners.
