Vinnytsya Region Prosecutor's Office in defending the state judge more than 2.5 million
Vinnitsa region prosecutor's office forwarded to the court indictment in respect of one of the leaders of the peasant (farmer) economy Pogrebysche area for the crime under Part. 1, Art. 388 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine. Established that the employer unlawfully implemented ruralohospodarsku products, which was in a state pledge. By doing so he caused state losses at over 2.5 million.
