Thanks to the principled position of the prosecutor's office of the city of Mukachevo local community of returned land area of ??more than 5 hectares worth nearly 12 mln. UAH. As the deputy prosecutor of the city of Mukachevo Micaylo Panto, Zakarpattia Oblast Economic Court granted the prosecution claim Mukachevo city claimed the benefit of Mukachevo City Council to terminate the right of permanent land use, annulment of the act of state the right to permanent use of land, the return of land to commercial land withapasu city with total area of ??5 hectares, regulatory and monetary valuation which is about 12 mln. USD. By its judgment, returned to the local community of the said land, which was given in 1999 in constant use enterprise which liquidated in 2011 and suspended the activities of a legal entity, resulting in landarea was situated in disrepair and not inappropriately used.
