As a result of the accident 30-year-old passenger car "Fiat-ACS" from his injuries died, the driver and another passenger 41-year-old with various injuries were hospitalized. Lyubomlsky district court, Volyn region declared a man guiltyand appointed four years imprisonment with deprivation of the right to drive vehicles for one year, six months probation period of two years.
