At the plenary session of city council deputies decided on awarding honorary citizen of Lutsk Alexander Fatsevychu. City Council Secretary Sergei Grigorenko in his speech said that this young man is the embodimentpits courage and dedication. In June 2014 Alexander Fatsevych was accepted for service with the police and was appointed company commander patrol special police "Svityaz" MIA of Ukraine in the Volyn region, which was June 2015. Under his leadership, personnel subordinate unit participated in the fighting in cities and Ilovaysk Uglegorsk Donetsk region. In particular, in August last year 40 fighters company "Svityaz" headed by Alexander Fatsevychem were sent to the east of our country, wherewith arms served in Slavic, Konstantinovka, Kramatorsk, Yasinovataya and Starobeshevo, near Illovayska. Together with a battalion of "Dnepr" took part in military operations in stripping above the region, during which the territory was carried out to ensure the protection of the location, inspection areas to identify illegal zberihannya weapons and ammunition, as well as persons without documents. On the night of 25 to 26 August 2014 Alexander Fatsevych with ten soldiers of the battalion helped his company "Dnepr" keep occupied positions in the railway depot. In the Donetsk region Vuhlehirska personnel RPSMOP "Svityaz" headed by Alexander Fatsevychem participated in healthand public order, performed the task of fighting terrorism and illegal armed groups. In January 2015 fighters company "Svityaz" about three days kept the defense of the southern edge of town. Delivered command ATO tasks performed accurately and on time. Later Alexander Fatsevych with other sub-commanders brought pidporyadkovanyy personnel of the Russian troops blocked Vuhlehirska. Thanks to skilful and resolute actions of the commander mouths workers "Svityaz" came from the environment without loss. During their service and participation in hostilities in the zone of the antiterrorist operation Fatsevych Alexander, risking their lives and health, showed courage teamsyrsku determination, responsibility and professionalism leader.
