57 criminal implementations openly during the election campaign in Chernihiv Over
during the election campaign and parliamentary elections in constituency 205 in Chernigov opened 57 criminal proceedings. 37 of them directly related to violations of election law. In particular, 18 opened on the fact of bribing voters by five appeals on reshkodzhannya right to vote and three proceedings - the hijacking of ballot papers. So, on election day was opened eight criminal proceedings concerning violations during the voting. Six open criminal proceedings on charges of intentional damage to property (campaign tents, stands), theft (theft propagandaposters) and four for committing acts of hooliganism. In the Unified Register of pre-trial investigations included information on three false reports of mining areas and on two facts of illegal handling of weapons.
