Rector of Transcarpathian judge who took the ten thousand students over 50 for training and preparation tests, while they were not even enrolled in school
Hust interdistrict prosecutor's office sent to the court indictment, on the head of one of the schools that accused of fraud, abuse of powerS or position and official forgery (Part 1, Part 2 190, Part 1 and Part 1 st.366 st.364-1 Criminal Code of Ukraine). According Hust interdistrict prosecutor Sergei Zovduna, pre-trial investigation established that the rector of the university, as the head of the selection committee in order to obtain undue advantage for themselves and using SCUcontrary to the interests of the institution its powers, by deception and abuse of trust, several applicants gave false information about their enrollment in school, without the required number of points to be credited to the specified educational institution. However, the head of the university informed youth about their admission to the course and this districtavchalnoho establishment and subsequent transfer to the second year, accounting for applicants and issuing false official documents - student record book. Thus, abusing their powers in order to obtain undue advantage by creating visibility study of ten students and the course of the institution, the rector forced the youth to payit funds for education totaling 53,400 USD, in fact these people were not even enrolled in school as students.
