At Vinnytsia Parish Church of St. Michael the Archangel in Tivriv returned to the ownership of the local religious community (+ photos) Resolution
Head of Regional State Administration on 08.11.2011 616, the complex of religious buildings of St. Michael the Archangel Roman Catholic Church returned to the ownership of the local religious community. Church of St. Michael the Archangel Stirof Old late 18th century, but during the Soviet authorities used for other purposes, resulting in - the building was in disrepair. Force religious community church partially restored. Now the temple is preserved copy of the miraculous revered icon - the Mother of God Tyvriv, which attracts pilgrims from different beatenchkiv Ukraine. Every year at the parish youth festival tent is "Breath of Life", which gathers young people not only with Ukraine, but also Poland and Germany. Young people have the opportunity to combine the spiritual ministry of interesting conferences, work in groups and various workshops. This year end festival "Breath of Life" which 21-25 Julyidbuvavsya in smt.Tyvrovi, coincided with the solemn consecration prayer facilities. Consecration ceremony was held with the participation of the Papal Nuncio in Ukraine Archbishop Thomas alliksona. Representative of the Holy See, who first arrived in Vinnytsia region, met the Head of the Department for Nationalities and Religions State Administration Ihor Saletskyy, thlova Tyvriv State Administration Leonid Macha and Tyvriv district council chairman Mikhail Buzin.
