In Vinnitsa region would refer to the use of public land, which already has
legal owners of Vinnytsia District prosecutor's office revealed violations of land laws by granting the ownership of land in the territory Voronovytskoyi village council. In particular, it was established that the Directorate in Vinnytsia region Derzhzemahenstva granted tozvil to develop documentation for allotment of plots to individuals ownership of state-owned land for agricultural purposes with a total area of ??6 hectares, that for a long time are used by other citizens. On the decision of the village council Voronovytskoyi to grant these people a permanent land use of force andenforceable because these actions are violations of the Land Code of Ukraine. In connection ’ connection with this, the prosecution appealed to the district court with a claim for recognition unlawful and repeal the above orders.
